Welcome to Jamie’s Country Stitches your one stop quilting and sewing experience. We are here to help you explore your individual artistic passion for the quilting arts.
Our highly experienced instructors will help to develop your skills, be it beginner through advanced developing you artistic passion for quilting, sewing and embroidery.
We offer a large assortment of notions and textiles including Blank Quilting, Moda, Benartex, Robert Kaufmann, Island Batiks, Timeless Treasure, Mettler, Isacord, YLI, King Tut and Anita Goodesigns and OESD to mention a few.
Marlin Williams - InstructorMarlin comes to us from sunny California, she is a multi talented quilter, embroiderer and long arm quilter. Her enthuesiaum come through with her love and passion for fiber arts and her willingness to share her knowledge with others. |

Judy Kennerly- InstructorJudy has worked part time at Country Stitches since 2001. First as a longarm quilter, then as a sales associate. She has been quilting since 1997 when she started school and needed something to help her de-stress. Then the addiction started. She loves to share her knowledge of quilting and to get others addicted to quilting. |

Block of the Month - Tried and True by Nancy Halvosen
Finished size 66” X 79”
$24.95 per month for 10 months During the 10-month program, you will receive the pattern, Tried and True by nancy Halvosen, the fabric needed to make the quilt top including the borders, and binding.
Space and kits are limited. To reserve your kit and class spot, please sign up as soon as possible. $50 starter fee plus first month $24.95 due at sign up.
Monthly classes are optional, beginning Saturday, June 5th. $30 per class.
This is a great skill builder. You will learn the following techniques; set in blocks on point applique goose track half square triangles log cabin zig zag border
Scrap Therapy
Enough already! Are you up to your ears in fabric scraps? Have you had it with bags and boxes of twisted pieces of fabulous quilting fabric stored away to collect dust? Imagine the stunning scrap quilts you can make…If only you had a plan! ...You need SCRAP THERAPY! 
We are now stocking and selling the Anita Goodesign line of embroidery designs. You may have seen these great embroidery designs in your embroidery magazines...now you have a local source to make them your own. Stop by the store to peruse the design catalog or go to the Anita Goodesign website, www.anita-goodesign.com to start your wish list of design collections. Janine has been stitching samples as fast as she can so that you can see the designs actually sewn out and in the store. 
We continue to offer a variety of quilting classes and yet we want to remind you that we are more than a quilting store…we love to create with our sewing and embroidery machines and you never know what wonderful project kits, patterns or books we have for sale at the store or will be offering as classes; so keep an eye on our calendar and the project photographs…you won’t want to miss a single creative opportunity!
